Out the back of the distillery, where the air sharpens and the sheep pretend not to notice you, the Peppermint Gums grow a little wilder than they should. There’s a moment – usually just after the morning frost lifts – when the leaves release that unmistakable, cool eucalyptus lift. White Peppermint Gum Vodka is our way of bottling that walk through the trees.
By infusing our classic Sheep Whey Vodka with foraged leaves of these magnificent gums we’ve created a spirit that’s clean, bright, with just a little bit of rebellious menthol kick.
These 500ml bottles are the first of the Forager Series collector’s editions to be released in 2026. Each bottle in this release will be accompanied by a 50ml bottle of White Peppermint Gum cordial to make Hartshorn’s newest cocktail – “The Peppermint Grove”. Scroll down for the recipe.
