This bottle is an original artwork hand-painted by one of Tasmania’s elite artists Yarn Luemueang.
My name is Yarn. I was born and grew up in Thailand. I lived in Lamphun, which is not a big city but is surrounded by nature and kind people. I grew up in an artistic family and I am passionate about drawing, painting, architecture and graphic design.
Currently, I am doing a Bachelor of Visual Communication at the University of Tasmania.
I intend to explore new experiences of life while I live in Tasmania and I love to bring them to my artwork using traditional Thai hand-drawing techniques to create different artistic perspectives.
I created this illustration using black ink. The sharp lines and patterns played an important role in my artwork and I chose the deer because it is my favourite animal. It is strong and intelligent while also being gentle and gorgeous. The deer’s antlers represent life, they can inflict pain but also show strength.
