This is not a whisky but it tastes just as good as the best. In fact, we would argue it is the best. Unlike traditional whisky, our Whey-sky is lovingly created from our sheep whey and not from grains. Double distilled in our pot stills it is then aged 3 years on oak, resulting in a complex palate of flavours with an aroma of caramel, spice and rich fruit. It has a warm and satisfying long finish. We hope you love it as much as we do.
Cask strength – 62.2% ABV. 500ml only.
Pop it in a large aromatic glass and off you go.
